Description from PSP Updates:
PSP homebrew developer Xandu has released the lastest version of his media application and it is now on version 1.2d. And guess what? The dev was proud to announce that Xandu's Media Player now sports custom skins and ID3v2 support.
In the unfortunate case that you've been living under a rock, Xandu's Media Player is a homebrew media app that supports .mp3, .wav, IT, MOD, S3M, and OGG. It features an iPod-like interface and an iPod clickwheel capability. Other nifty features include shuffle mode, album art, music quiz, ID3 tags, and louder sound output. Anyway, version 1.2d has the following changes and additions:
ID3v2 now supported!
Theme support added and opened.(This means you can do your own themes!). See screenshots.
Album Art support refined. (JPEG errors reduced)
Xandu notes that the app's files should be dumped in the GAME150 folder, while the music files need to be in the PSP/MUSIC folder. As usual, the dev included the User Manual so be sure to check it out in case you have any questions or problems. And remember, check your music file names since it will affect the app if you have foreign characters in there. At any rate, check out Xandu's Media Player by clicking the download link below. Enjoy!

Hello PSP gods. i need ur help. i followed the instructions, reinstalled twice but it cant work. in the psp, i see the ipod icon. i klik it. suddenly... *BOOM* "Game cannot be started (800201)" my psp is v3.71 M33-2. PLS HELP. thanks in advance.

every time i try to start this software, as for any software, i get "game cant be loaded". the icon shows and everything. Its in game150 folder, system is3.90 m33-2

You might have to switch off your psp. Hold R shoulder button when it's booting up.
That should bring you to the recovery menu go through the options and find the thing that says boot without disk then exit
