Ok need help with programming my psp

can anyone tell me how to program my psp? I'm using terminal on a mac and i cant figure out where to copy the psp toolchain files to. Please help. If anyone could give me a tutorial on how to do it. ANYONE!!!!!!!!!! THANKS ALOT.=]

or can anyone tell me where to put the psp toolchain files in? I dont know if there is a home file for terminal like there is for cygwin.
