This new app is dubbed Unlimited Video For PsP v1.3, and is a Windows-based video encoder capable of encoding the following video resolutions: 368x208 (Fm 2.0+), 480x272 fw (3.03 OE-B and above), and 720x480 (Firmware 3.30 and above).
