Downloadable PSP Titles Now?

I always knew it was coming but I've heard zilch from any trusted places that it was actually here.  Some pay sites are claiming they can provide downloads of new official PSP games (Valkerie Profile, Madden '06, etc.) direct to memory stick/no UMD.  Does anyone know if they are the real deal?

The ones that offer that are illegal. Only Sony would provide such services, and that service isn't available yet. We'll probably have to wait until H.U.B. (similar to XBox Live) is out, along with the Playstation 3.
