Instead of putting the videos in your 100MNV01 folder, put them in the 100ANV01 folder, which you may have to create yourself. The 100ANV01 folder should be under the MP_ROOT folder, just like the 100MNV01 folder. Also, CHECK OUT THIS LINK for more info on making videos from Google Video work with your PSP.
