NOTE: This version of the Cheat Device is for the U.K./E.U. version of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. If you have the U.S. or Canadian version, download this version instead.

Edison Carter has released v1.0 of his GTA Cheat Device. This download features the US/Candian region version only. The new version of the cheat device features:

* Hover cars
* Gather spell
* Full size video recorder (Note from Carter about this below feature list)
* Load outside staunton safehouse
* Drivable RC toys
* Your car is indestructible also prevents visible damage
* Gangs no longer attack you

hey m8 i was wonderin if u cud help me i downloaded it put it into my save files i load up the save everythings ok but when i try 2 bring up da cheatdevice menu it dont work unless im doing the wrong thing i saw on a pic da u ave 2 press L1+Up is this right or wrong?? thanks if u can help

You may have a "patched" version of GTA... When you look under Games on your PSP, do you see System Update 2.00, or do you see a higher version? If you see the higher version, then you likely have a patched version of the game, which won't let either the Cheat Device or eLoader run.
