CDs were handed out at the 2006 CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas.

In the version of Chapter 3 on that CD, "Quickies", under the "Converting eBooks with Paperless Printer or JPEGBook", Step 6: "Copy the Images to your Memory Stick":

The instructions say to copy the image files to the XXX directory on your PSP. Sorry, this was an editing placeholder snafu (albeit a funny one). You should copy the images to your PSP \ PHOTO directory. I put the spaces in the pathname to make it easier to read.
