Some of the programs are kind of obscure and meant for a specific niche in the homebrew community. ONScripter by Mr. Shiikuru is one of those programs. This piece of homebrew is an Nscript interpreter allowing you to play audio-graphic novels on your PSP. In this most recent release, I think that Mr. Shiikuru has made adjustments to how this program is compiled so that it will work better with 2.0 and higher firmware. But that could just be my bad Google translation.
