Jig has updated FreeCell to version 0.11 for PSP. FreeCell is an adoption of the FreeCell game that comes with Windows. Here are the details from the readme:

Changelog:
  • Fixed crash/behavior bug when grabbing on an empty FreeCell
  • Prevented a game number of 0 being selected
  • Fixed up the number of spaces available for moving cards
