PSP Filer v0.4

Mediumgauge has updated his PSP Filer to version 0.4. PSP Filer is a simple file browser for PSP.

Here is the changelog:

BMP images supported
Remember the file markers and folder state (folded/unfolded) after paste and delete operation
Binary viewer function added
Shows the current progress when reading the directory structure
Bug related with pasting files over 16MB using Ramdisk has been fixed
