Well, leave it to Sony to think half of $20K is going to attract new developers... If you can't afford $20K to develop a game, $10K probably isn't in the ballpark, either. Maybe they should look at
Microsoft's XNA "Game Studio Express" solution for the PC
and XBox 360 and, hey, while they're at it, open up the PSP to indie developers...
