How-to: Mini-USB Extension Cable for Go!Cam and PSP-290 GPS
Online shop Pc-mobile has put together a set of instructions on how to create your own extension cable to use with the Sony Go!Cam and PSP-290 GPS receiver. The advantages to having one of these cables are improved reception for the GPS receiver and increased versatility with the camera. The job looks pretty simple and all of the necessary parts can probably be had for less than $15. Be careful though if you choose to do this, since it has the potential to fry your Go!Cam or GPS receiver if you reverse the power connections. Check out the instructions using the link below.
