PSP Firmware 3.40 Released in Japan and South Korea

While there hasn't been any word on a US release, several PSP blogs and news sites have reported that version 3.40 of the PSP's firmware has been released in Japan and South Korea. I'm sure a US version will be soon to follow but in the mean time there's a web translation below of what's included in the next version of the PSP's system software.
