Easy 2.80 to 2.71 Downgrader
Klm Software has released a nice packaged version of 0okm's 2.80 to 2.71 downgrader. All you need for this is the .NET 2.0 Framework installed, eLoader 0.995 and the downgrader. Follow the steps below to use the application and remember that firmware modifications can potentially damage your PSP beyond repair. Use this at your own risk.
