Replace Your Broken Analog Stick
Jdizzle over at the QJ forums has posted a nice little tutorial showing how to replace an analog stick that has fallen off of your PSP unit. All you need is your PSP, a pair of pliers, a pair of cutting pliers, a small saw, sandpaper, and a plastic tac. Below are some photos from the forum post illustrating how to perform this repair.
