Homebrew: New PSP Homebrew Releases for April 26, 2006

Lots of good stuff today. And even though we can't run our beloved homebrew on 2.70 PSPs (yet), we have a utility for the 2.70 PSPs that runs inside the web browser. Check it out below if you have 2.70. Remember, homebrew DOES NOT WORK on 2.61, 2.70 and later PSPs, so don't upgrade if you want to keep running homebrew on 2.60 and below!
