PlayStation 3 Secrets to be Revealed Next Week at GDC (a little off-topic, but c'mon - the PS3 and PSP will work with each other!)
In a recent interview, GDC (Game Developer Conference, this month in San Jose, CA) Director Jamil Moledina confirms that Phil Harrison's keynote speech at GDC will contain new information on the PlayStation 3.
While providing no details on the content of the eagerly-anticipated GDC keynote, entitled "PlayStation 3: Beyond the Box," Moledina said that Sony's talk would offer "significant editorial value and developer takeaway."
This is not exactly surprising news considering that Moledina is the director for the GDC, but it does indicate that Sony may finally be ready to unveil details such as a launch date and price point. Sony may also choose to share more details about the company's much-anticipated online gaming service for the PSP and PS3.
But Moledina also implied that Nintendo's keynote would also contain some interesting information. "I strongly encourage [people] to attend both platform keynotes."
