Splinter Cell for PSP to be "prequel" (PSP World)
Ubisoft yesterday confirmed rumors
that its forthcoming Splinter Cell title for the PSP, Splinter Cell
Essentials, will "explain the origins of Fisher," referring to Sam
Fisher, the game's main character. Ubisoft is "preparing to make an
official announcement and will give more details very soon," which is
good news for fans of the series. No official release or pricing
information is available at this time.
